The only vets I will use for my Gracie (Dog) The staff here are amazing, always accommodating & lovely to chat to. The reason for this review is I recently was 20mins or so late for an appointment at which I got the times mixed up, I had a call from reception at which they told me to still turn up to be seen, On arrival the lovely ladies at front desk I believe were Barbara & Kate. They checked Gracie in without any delay & got her seen too right away. I was very grateful for their service & professionalism. Always much appreciated. Will continue to use Warwick and their team & highly recommend them!

Would like to extend a hearty thank you to Doctor Rebecca Coleman who saw our Cocker Spaniel, Butters, on the 30th September for an itchy rash around his legs and pits. The staff at Warwick Vet are amazing, truly care about animals, and are very cost effective compared to other veterinary hospitals. They do a lot of rescue work and put the animals before profits, unlike many other Vets out there. I fully recommend these guys for their skills, care, and for keeping costs down. They’ve been looking after our tribe of cats and dogs for numerous years, and I travel especially to see them because they are the best. Love these guys. ❤️

I had an appointment booked for 11am which I arrived right on time, expecting to see the vet shortly upon arrival. I was the only person in the waiting area and after my dog and I had been just sitting there for over 30 minutes without any word/acknowledgment/explanation from the receptionist, I asked if there's some issue and how much longer I would be waiting. The response was "I don't know, the vet is busy with a sick dog". Sorry, but that's just not good enough. Delays happens, but if you respect your customer's time you would tell them upon arrival that the vet is likely to be running 30+ minutes late and offer them a reschedule, or better yet, have a system in place to phone/text people in advance to notify them that things are running significantly late. I took time out of my working day to attend this appointment so there's no excuse for that kind of poor service, especially since there was literally nobody else in the waiting room. After waiting 40 minutes I got up and I told the receptionist I had to leave to get back to work on time and she look at me and said "Oh, sorry" and then went back to typing on her computer. No offer to reschedule. No offer to quickly check with the vet and see how much longer they would be. Nothing. Whoever that young lady is needs better training on customer service. Me and my old greyhound will go somewhere else from now on.

Our beautiful big boy came in last week for a operation to remove a nice big dirty growth, xrays and checking for arthritis, we couldn’t have been more pleased with the service we were given amazing staff and amazing pricing, we couldn’t fault a single thing. You ladies are amazing :) watching him all day and caring for him while we were at work not to mention great communication during and after surgery, we have a cancer free pooch who can’t wait to come back and get his stitches out! Thank you!
